Built modularly with prefabricated structures, Henness Flats stood as the first affordable housing project in the Truckee / North Tahoe region. The 92 units are two and three-bedroom units that are limited to households earning less than 60% of AMI.

Henness Flats received $12,344,200 in 4% Tax Credit Allocations.
