The Coldstream Commons Project, located adjacent to Donner State Park and the Elements residential development is expected to open in the Fall of 2021. The 48-units of Coldstream Commons satisfy the Town of Truckee’s Inclusionary Policy requirements for the Elements residential development, which requires that 15 % of new residential developments serve wage earners in the low income category. All 48 of the Coldstream Commons units are 1 and 2 bedroom units and will be restricted to income earners making 60% of the area median income or below. For a family of two in Nevada County, this is under $43,140 per year.
